Terms for using JPGtoSVG.

These Terms form an agreement between you and JPGtoSVG, operator of JPGtoSVG (the "Service"). By using the Service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and provide accurate account and billing information. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms.

2. Service and digital delivery

JPGtoSVG converts supported raster images into SVG files. A Google sign-in is required for conversion and plan enforcement. Paid access is a digital service: it normally activates after the payment provider confirms payment. No physical product is shipped and there is no physical return process. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may request information reasonably needed to verify account ownership.

4. Plans, prices, taxes, and automatic renewal

Plan features and technical limits are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are displayed in USD. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month and annual subscriptions each year. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current disclosed price until canceled. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout. Any price change applies only to a future billing period after reasonable advance notice, unless applicable law requires more.

"No daily or monthly quota" does not remove published batch, file-size, image-dimension, rate, security, or fair-use limits. We may temporarily restrict abusive or unusually resource-intensive activity to protect the Service.

5. Payment providers

Checkout may be provided by Creem or Stripe. When Creem is used, Creem acts as merchant of record and its name may appear on receipts or card statements. When Stripe is used for direct payment processing, JPGtoSVG is the seller and Stripe processes the payment. Provider checkout terms and privacy notices also apply. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

6. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal linked on your account Usage page. A portal may offer immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current period; the option and effective date shown before confirmation control. Cancellation prevents the corresponding future renewal. It does not automatically refund a completed charge.

7. Refunds and billing disputes

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. Contact us first about duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charges so we can investigate promptly.

8. Your files and output

You retain your rights in uploaded images and generated SVGs. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process an upload solely to provide and secure the requested conversion. You are responsible for having all necessary rights to upload and use the source material and output.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes unlawful or infringing content, sexual exploitation, pornography or NSFW content, malware, unauthorized automated access, interference with infrastructure, evasion of limits, and use that harms other users.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Serious illegal, abusive, or security-threatening conduct may result in immediate action.

11. Service availability and conversion results

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Source quality and selected settings affect output, so review every SVG before relying on it. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that output will be fit for every design, legal, accessibility, printing, or production purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will revise the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively reduce a paid period already purchased. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Service operator. Mandatory consumer protections and any forum rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
