By using JPG2SVG (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service provides

JPG2SVG converts raster images (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, ICO) into SVG files. The core converter is free to use without an account. Signing in and paid plans unlock higher batch limits as described on the pricing page.

2. Your files and your responsibility

You keep full ownership of every image you convert and every SVG the Service produces from it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the images you upload - do not convert content you are not permitted to use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to process unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its infrastructure, or access other users' data.
• Do not resell the Service itself or automate bulk access in ways that degrade it for others.

4. Accounts and plans

You are responsible for activity under your account. Paid plan features, limits, and prices are described on the pricing page and may evolve; changes will not retroactively reduce what you have already paid for during a billing period.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Conversion results

Conversion quality depends on your source images and chosen settings. We do not guarantee that output will be suitable for any particular purpose - always review the preview before relying on a converted file.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPG2SVG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
