Subscription access

JPG2SVG sells access to a digital service. After Creem or Stripe confirms a successful payment, the signed-in account used at checkout normally receives paid access within a few minutes. A receipt is sent by the payment provider.

Converted files

Generated SVG files are delivered in the browser after each successful conversion. You may download individual SVGs or available ZIP groups. We do not mail or ship physical media, and completed output is not maintained as a permanent download library.

Delivery problems

If payment succeeded but access is not active after 15 minutes, sign out and back in, then email support@jpgtosvg.net with the account email, provider, plan, and order or invoice identifier. Do not send full card details.

No physical returns

Physical shipping, delivery destinations, return labels, and return postage do not apply. Refund and cancellation rules are available in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
