What to include

• Bug reports:the browser you're using, the source format (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, or ICO), and what happened versus what you expected. A sample file helps enormously if you're able to share one.
• Feature requests: a short description of your workflow and where the current tool falls short.
• Privacy or legal questions:see our privacy policy and terms of service first - if the answer isn't there, ask away.

Please don't send confidential images unless it's necessary to reproduce a problem - and note that files you convert on the site itself are never stored or visible to us.
