How it works

Three simple steps from image to SVG.

01

Upload your JPGs

Drop in photos, scanned drawings, or that company logo which only survives as a JPEG email attachment — up to 20 files per batch.

02

Tame JPEG noise

Pick a conversion mode and lower the color count to flatten blocky compression artifacts into clean, even tones.

03

Download sharp SVGs

Preview each result at full size, then save files one by one or export the whole batch as a single ZIP.

Recover a company logo that only exists as a JPG email attachment.

Convert scanned sketches and hand lettering into SVGs you can open in design tools.

Prepare JPEG product shots as scalable hero assets for landing pages.

Format guide

Why convert JPG to SVG?

JPEG is a lossy raster format from the early 1990s. It keeps photo file sizes small, but every image is locked to a fixed pixel grid — enlarge it for print or a hero banner and it turns soft. Worse, JPEG compression leaves 8×8 blocky artifacts that are especially visible around logo edges, text, and flat color areas.

SVG is resolution-independent: the same file renders sharply on a phone, a 4K display, or a printed poster. This converter wraps your JPEG in a scalable SVG container and applies vector-style tone and palette filters, so the result scales cleanly instead of pixelating. Reducing the palette also merges JPEG noise into flat, poster-like color fields.

The best JPG candidates are logos, flat illustrations, and scans — try 8 to 16 colors for a crisp graphic look. For photographs, keep 32 to 64 colors and the High density mode to preserve detail. One thing to know up front: JPEG cannot store transparency, so whatever background is baked into your photo comes along — crop or clean it up before converting if you need an isolated subject.

Feature

Built for quick asset production.

Everything you need to turn raster images into production-ready vector files — without uploads, sign-ups, or desktop software.

Private by design

Images are processed on the fly and never stored. No account, no watermarks — your files are discarded as soon as the conversion completes.

Batch conversion

Drop up to 20 images at once and convert them in a single click. Results land in one list with per-file preview, download, and delete.

Three conversion modes

Choose Simple for lightweight previews, Standard for balanced size and detail, or High density to keep the full original resolution.

Color control

Limit the palette from 4 up to 64 colors to balance file size against fidelity — ideal for icons, illustrations, and print assets.

One-click ZIP export

Download any single SVG, or grab every converted file at once as a ZIP archive when you are working through a large batch.

Wide format support

Convert PNG, JPEG, WebP, AVIF, ICO, and existing SVG files. Original dimensions are detected and preserved automatically.

Clean, standard SVG

The output is plain SVG markup that drops straight into websites, design tools, CMS platforms, and version control.

Works everywhere

The converter is fully responsive and keyboard accessible, so it works just as well on a laptop, tablet, or phone.

Built for repeat work

Settings stay put between runs, failed files stay in the queue for retry, and finished results accumulate until you clear them.

FAQ

Common questions.

This version creates a dependable SVG wrapper around your JPEG and applies SVG color filters for a vector-style look. Simple and Standard modes also cap the output resolution for lighter files, while High density keeps the full original detail. True path tracing can be added later with a dedicated tracing engine.
